NK showing off again

America is not going to take that risk, NK is too unpredictable, You can monitor them by satellite but thats it, they are the most isolated people on Earth the only country without internet or diplomatic cables, they are totally in the dark which is their advantage.

The task force with CVN-70 is all that is needed. Read before responding. I never said it would take the entire US Navy. Hell it wouldn't even take the entire Italian navy.

that is literally the only thing the mainstream media ever mentions. judging the 'value' of a fighting force solely on size and technical advantage is a huge mistake given the infinite other factors that can change without notice.

Much of NK's military hardware and infrastructure is underground; they initially started building attack tunnels near the DMZ during the original Korean War and apparently just never stopped digging.

http://www.asiasentinel.com/politics/opinion-former-us-diplomat-korea-tots-up-us-policy-mistakes/ - mostly related to policy failures and the breakdown of relations, but touches on how little intel the US has been able to gather over the years. Thomas A Schwartz, a prominent commander who fought in several regional conflicts has been popularly quoted as saying the US forces in SK would not last more than three hours in case of war - I can't find the context for the quote though.

For the first two, they're being stomped by international sanctions and are trying to be as self-sufficient as possible - their only exports are literally just coal and metals to china.

Troops growing crops isn't quite accurate though - it's more that the farmers and harvesters are reserve military, and they keep getting called to defend because of the regular 'drills' on the border.

99.9999% of what is in the media is propaganda and should be given very little regard for accuracy in context.

china itself just shit all over NK as far as sanctions. they spanked several corporations that have been 'illegally' shipping illegal items across the border, and now theyre threatening more sanctions if NK sparks off another nuke.

theyve always tried their best as being self sufficient. theyre also very, very good at smuggling / beating sanctions. everyone in NK is the military...including the children.

got a link for this? from what I can tell the sanctions and threats from China were all just for show - 'black-market' trade's been steadily growing over the years; I'd be surprised if they suddenly decided to change course

As for drawing a comparison between Syria and the situation in the Dprk, that is silly. No major power is directly deployed as a combat force. If the DPRK forces things it would reduced to rubble in a matter of months. Have you ever viewed the night satellite images of the Korean peninsula? There are no lights on at night. They can't generate enough power to run the grid 24/7. That's right, everyday is green day in the DPRK.

youre an idiot. That 'antiquated scrap' is probably better than the stuff theyre spewing out of the modern day factories. they dont hide it...they bury the shit it caves and in fortified mountain positions.

you claim to be an artillery expert...do you know what a G6 is, and have you ever been in/on one? theyre 'antique' yet possibly the best boom stick ever invented. theyre well made, with few or no tooling imperfections, unlike modern crap that looks like it was welded/riveted by a bunch of alzheimers afflicted retards, with so much electronic garbage attached, when the batteries die the piece is nothing more than a giant over-priced door stop

umm...google? its recent, i read it from my news feed in the last week. i think it was a business-related site...forbes...bloomjediburg...something like that

after trump had his chat with the chinks, a lot changed, along with the rhetoric on both sides. i posted a quote from some chinee official that was very telling on the situation and their view.

yeah, I remember it. The US won't tolerate NK having nuclear weapons (more specifically a platform to deliver them, I guess) but all China cares about is regional stability - they don't care what NK does as long as markets are open and they don't have to deal with waves of refugees.

China's been vocally supporting the US in 'isolating' NK what with turning back the coal ships and similar, but indications are that standard channels are still open for business.

The US does not use South African Artillery. As for the rest of your post you know nothing of Artillery other than what you've read online and apparently you've been ereading the wrong shit.

They're next rocket test failed. the missile blew up just after take off. LOL I think the US is just using that laser gun on it from a stealth craft. it makes the NK think they're doing something wrong. so they overcomensate any adjustments. it's just pissing them off more.

The little fat man is probably killing several of his generals right now

I never said it did...however...the design of the MRAP, along with several other US vehicles, and its explosive-protecting construction technique, was copied from what originally was a south african desing. if your reading compensation wasn't full fucktarded you'd have realized my point was to contradict your stance that 'antiquated' weapons are inferior to modern ones. M2, eh?

Either you missed my post about my OOB knowledge and experience (see that word...experience?) or your athletic abilities is so inadequate that you really should consider becoming a permanent resident in a geriatric storage facility and stop bothering the sane people.

I'm curious if these recent failures were intentional sabotage

chinkland is playing both sides and benefiting from both...like the pseudo-jedis they are.

there was some sort of 'deal' that the US gave chinkland which made them more tolerant to the US spanking the pudgy bastard, and based on the sub-rosa wording of that chinkland official...they know there's a hot conflict on the horizon.
