Chris Kellar and Beacher were the best. The latter's character arc/ transformation was amazing.

Yeah I feel ya on that. Mostly agree. The whole assemble though was brilliant. Everyone added a lil sumthin special to the show. I would be son of.. IF Adebisi and O'Reilly if they could ever have a kid. Maybe sprinkles of Poet in my brain. Schillinger and my father were very much a like...only difference was my dad was a businessman. Not much else different though.

I like how Oz had a 5% character in the show who was the leader of Brand Nubian. Apparently he showed up on set with someone else and the producer started talking to him and asked if he hated white people and he was like "yeah basically" and the producer was like "dis nigga 2 real" and wrote a character onto the show for him.
Oz was kind of a weird but interesting show. Reminds me a lot of "lost" but way better

True. Agreed when it comes to an undercover cop. One would think but if you google shit about sentencing for kids or dudes beheading classmates or fellow employees...shit like that some aren't always given life. Some get much less. I guess one would have to research the laws back then...to see if its not so far fetched. I'm no expert on that though. Still funny character at times and yet could be savage any second. I can relate to that a lil bit.
With O'Reilly nigger was just cool, calm, collected even though he could show his more vulnerable side with his brother and that. His scenes with his father would good too. He was like a dude you could really chilll with but at the same time you knew you could really fuck with either. Dean Winters has incredible underrate range as an actor.
As for srpinkles of poet...I use to write a lot of poetry when I lived on the streets...usually it was scribbled on some bits and pieces of paper I'd find...or the best friend of mine I usually chilled with he always found some for me...used crayon a lot but I can relate to Poet sometimes didn't have paper...so I'd just shout it out to anybody that might hear me

O'Reilly was sick, I loved his calm demeanor and the way he blended in with everyone.
Crushing glass and putting it in that old gang boss' food was genius.
