I mean shit at that point just do CC fraud, you are literally going to risk less time for less effort and a way safer, far more lucrative scam.

Oct, you're in a bad rut, which is likely a self perpetuating cycle you've been in for a while. Fucking change 1 little thing for the better everyday and Kaizen your life until you wake up one day and realize you're in a much better place. It's hard to keep from getting frustrated and bogged down with external stressors, which makes retreating into the cocoon of warm failure appealing but when you put a little match under your ass it might not be the most pleasant sensation, but a lot of times you need that to get moving.

You've got fucking male offspring with a scottish lass (although I'm under the impression your relationship is a little strained rn) and that in and of itself is enough of a motivating factor to construct something sustainable and worthwhile. He's going to look up to you someday and it's well within your abilities to give him something to aspire to (as well as something to be coveted by lots of other dirty slags) and something for you yourself to be proud of as well. Not tryna give you a pep talk but as far as I know you're not really impeded by anything beyond your control, so fucking take control.

Yeah you're right mate. I just need to get to the first platform then I progress to the next. The cocaine and alcohol always impeded but I know for real I'm not going back to it.

Well contrary to whatever you looked up you dont get 30 years in prison for stealing a car.

It's just easy to do especially if you need to get somewhere, long distance ideally. Obviously it would be retarded to steal a car and then use it as your personal vehicle in the same area you live in.

I imagine it works different in the states and transporting over state lines necessitates different sentencing guidelines but you usually only get a few months for that here unless you were in a dangerous chase during the day.

Car theft is extremely adrenalizing and sometimes a stolen car is necessary given your circumstances, or for what you want to accomplish. Car theft is usually done in conjunction with other crimes that are facilitated via the car theft (smash n grabs, drive bys, going on the run etc. etc.etc.) If you know a good chop shop you can easily make 10-20k almost immediately with barely any tools and 0 accomplices.

Do you know anything about CC fraud? It's extremely tedious and drawn out, methods get burned easily, you need start up capital, you're risking retroactive tracing to you and it's far less lucrative than you'd imagine, especially since you get dinged on fees left and right whenever you move money or try to cashout. Ordering physical items is hit and miss, requires time, addresses, capital etc. Someone with a flathead and the testicular fortitude is much better off jacking a civic

It's more than that but that's a good place to start. You seem to need a job so basically do whatever the fuck you can and on your days off, just lie back and stare at the sky and visualize the life you want to lead and then see the steps it takes to get there and it won't be as hard as you think. Not having cars sucks but you're not the only one.

There are literally CC skimmers available that are wireless and basically become set and forget, you can drive by them and collect the data without stopping to get out of your car. And selling fullz is stupid easy. I don't know how it becomes really tough.

As compared to basically risking demolishing your employability for the rest of your life and physically stealing a car. If you're willing to physically do GTA, I don't know why you wouldn't just do something else.

And cars you are gonna steal (i.e. don't have some kind of lojack or blackbox, keyless entry, no keyed OBD lock) are not gonna net you $20K, it's just not gonna happen, they are simply old. In the US you can track the BB via the VIN through the dealer and most cars in the last decade come with at least the black box. It's not as effective as a lojack but you will get busted.

Police can't use the black box to track you in your own car, nothing is stopping them from using it for you.

People still steal cars, it's just usually shitty old cars or sophisticated operations that know how to beat keyless entry etc.

What are you talking about? Trying to compare credit card fraud to car theft is like apples and oranges. They're both very context specific. Maybe for someone who moves slower, has a background in IT, has startup capital and a day job and a lot of time on their hands, then maybe CC fraud is something they can dabble in. For someone who's an actual career criminal, who grew up stealing neons and needs money quickly with 0 start up capital, or needs to get out of town fast because they have warrants, or who wants to shoot someone, or is just bored, they're better versed for car theft.

This is the typical process I've heard for peoples looking solely at profiting from

    1. Crackhead steals a truck. People leave keys in them all the time, even if they don't have the keys, where there's a will there's a way believe me. Trucks are higher value and have more expensive parts if they're to be stripped. Year really doesn't matter SWIM saw someone in a 2018 CRV the other day. Takes GPS out immediately.

    2. Puts truck in a safe, covered, rural location

    3. Gets their friend who's an auto dealer to order a burned out frame for a car with a similar make and model within a few years. Usually these are auctioned weekly so they have to wait a bit, then have it transported to another friend who has a shop

    4. Get the VINS off the frame, have to lift the dash out and everything requiring a hoist, usually takes the better part of a day

    5. Go to the DMV with the new VINS and get it registered. Use the friend who was the used car dealer to fudge some paperwork. Literally no one is the wiser. Different DMV's probably have different requirements but it's all very easy

    6. Either sell the truck or drive the truck and pay your friends. The truck has retained almost its entire value.

    or

    1. Steal it an take the GPS out

    2. Sell it to someone at a chop shop for a fraction of the price

When you sell things like this they're not worth nearly as much but they're gone very quickly. 1/10th of their value isn't an exaggeration, it's harder to find buyers for stolen cars than the container pier missions at GTA would have you think.

My friend upstairs has a spare car he will rent me so I can get work outside of this shit town. It's as if the heavens have opened and given me a chance.

Just found out a friend of mine when I was younger was the victim of a recent shooting death. I haven't seen him for years but we talked about a year ago via social media. Fucking shame, he had 2 daughters. Yes he was black and from a housing project and was murdered in another housing project but he was fucking hilarious and really not a threat to anyone and I can't imagine why he was murdered. I hate how it always seems like the wrong people die

That's awful. It makes you think what goes through someone's mind to just murder a person for nothing.

Probably nothing tbh. "Oh god what have I done" is real. I've been studying a lot about the phenomenology of your cortex making moral judgments.

As far as I can tell, in the heat of the moment there is no reason or rationality. There is only action.

After it's over, we look back and make sense of the story in terms of shit we didn't even think of at the time. And if we can't give a good reason, we feel like we fucked up. It has nothing to do with what happened in the moment. Same way applies to crimes of passion I imagine.

I've noticed my attention is really fucked. I've had bad headaches lately but this is worrying somewhat. I could be reading something then be thinking of something else and be like, "wtf did I just read?".

    I'm going mad.

Mayor DeBlasio, the members of the NYPD are declaring war on you! We do not respect you, DO NOT visit us in hospitals. You sold the NYPD to the vile creatures, the 1% who hate cops but vote for you. NYPD cops have been assassinated because of you. This isn’t over, Game on!

Yeah, you couldn't say stuff like that over here but they're right, and have a right to say it.
