Whoa, hold on there buster.
What is "misdemeanor child annoyance " ? that's not even rape or molestation, not even in the same ballpark. Also it says he negotiated a plea which means they didn't even argue this in court and as an immigrant he probably took the deal because he is not very familiar with the American justice system and thought it was his best chance at a lower sentence.
One year in jail and a $5000 fine for being lewd towards underaged girls. Also there is no evidence he actually committed that crime, that's just what he pleaded to.
If you read the entire case you will see he was just looking for petite girls, not underaged. She just happened to be underaged -
