WHY THE FUCK IS STARBUCKS SO ASS FUCKINGLY EXPENSIVE???!

2017-02-02 at 1:06 AM UTCLike for years It cost so much, a venti sized coffee cost 2 dollars flat for almost 10 years, now since last year they charge 2.10?! who the fuck has that kind of money for a cup of coffee?
My girlfriend will get a cup of coffee and it cost her 5.16 for a mocha frap wish hunnysuckle butter on it, what the fuck? I'm at the point in my life where I'm having to decide if I will wake up with a cup of coffee to go to work or if I will have a sandwhich to eat at work during lunch so i can finish out the day.
It's like I almost have nothing to throw me through the day to make me feel okay -

if you just get something and leave, yeah, it's a waste of money.
if you hang out and use the wifi, you get free refills.
8 dollars for a frappucino is too much. 8 dollars for 5 frappucinos and a lot of internet is a good deal. -

it cost 8.99 per day to use their wi-fi, i already pay for wifi at my place, i cant spend all day at a coffee shop cause it cost 2 dollars there to get there in gas, then when i get home i got to pay for the cat to get washed, the electricity, the gas, phone , the bills, every fucking thing man, i'm left with 35 dollars at the end of the week.
the working mans gotta pay for everything, fam. the fucking politicians don't pay , shit, hunter and agnew get all the tax cuts.
I'd be a mother fucker if the navy and the marines were behind me too

well they must leave that up to the franchise. because the starbucks i've been to in mariland, ohio, and indiana, did NOT charge for wifi, and you got free re-fills. either that or the girls just really liked me. it didn't cost me anything in gas because i walked.
i don't give a fuck about how much it costs to get your cat washed (?)(use a hose), and a discussion of starbucks is outside the realm of your electricity, gas, and phone.
i'm not pro starbucks, but i guess the ones that i went to were a great deal better than the ones you went to, because i've made out like a bandit from starbucks. -

I was just doing a paradoy thread on the whole shtick on how starbucks costs sooo much and they are a corparation (corporations tend to have lower prices actually)
And I tried to bathe my cat once and never will again. But yeah they do charge 10 bucks to use their wifi but im not gay like that and have never done that. -

2017-02-02 at 1:38 AM UTCBut on the real guys, my locally owned coffee shop a small cup of coffee cost the same as a normal cup of coffee at starbucks or pretty much anywhere else, but last winter I invited this girl to have coffee with me, and she paid 4.50 for a literal thimble size of cappachino, it was in a paper cup the size of a thimble.
Ent up telling I can make her a cup of coffee and took her to my place. A week later I called her up shit faced and asked her to make me a sandwhich and i went over to her place where her bf was there and she left to the store and brought back stuff to make a sammich for me.
