That's wonderful. I would never date someone who didn't watch anime, it is a terrible mark of their character. What anime did you start her off with? SoL does seem particularly good, along with romantic centered anime Ooh, Toradora is a good classic to watch).

Not sure if I had a nam flashback in my dreams, but can't recall or the memories are being suppressed. No, couldn't fall asleep for hours despite being past 1AM > sleep more likely to be unusually light when entered > environment for stronger REM sleep, intense dreams can trigger sweating. If it was a dream, I still wonder what the hell did it. Everything was still wet when I woke up.

Weeb girls are pretty wierd braj. Anime in america means seinen and shonen, it's a gendered subject. It's like watching snuff videos, if a dude does it then it's like "ok, that dude might be alright" but when a chick does it unironically it's like "whoa there, something's not right here". -

I never fails to amaze me how corporate structure can manage to pull together people who really despise each other on a deep level. On some base level it makes me nervous to be working with people I'm pretty confident would murder me if they could but it doesn't seem to really bother anyone else. The modern world is a strange place I often feel like I don't understand.

That's terrible. I have no problem believing that American women tend to be this bad. Or maybe you just tend to attract or be attracted to the wrong/sub-optimal people. Considering that you've been a part of the totsean community since your teens and the long list I could procure of things you'd like to keep secret from people IRL, this seems very possible. You certainly do seem to be the kind that would be unaware of this, social relations being one of your weakest skills, relative to others.

Most of the major developments in human history have been groups of men competing, it has spurred massive development and indeed brings together people who have little in common and would otherwise hate each other, unites them towards a common goal, utilizes the masculine desire to surpass others.
You really think you're working with people that would kill you if they had the chance? Who are these people? Or are you just stereotyping because they're in the financial sector and may be right-wing?
I fully understand the modern world. Have you ever considered that the reason I developed such an extreme hatred of humanity and went into seclusion was primarily fueled by the level of understanding I attained and how it molded my worldview? There are endless horrors beneath the surface. -

It's always possible my experience isn't representative but it does seem to be a larger sample than you have available to you. Yeah, pretty confident. I mean not like they'd murder me if we were in a room together, but in absence of the social framework that makes homicide wildly unprofitable I expect they would kill me all things being equal. To a degree this opinion is based on the image of financial career men and women being cutthroat and generally lacking in morals but, as you love to remind us, stereotypes don't emerge from nothing. It's a reality that being petty and spiteful as its advantages in some domains and it's never hard to find people who are willing to play ball.
