It can fall under the term case (Or case load) for the Attorney or business such as a mediator or fiduciary responsible for making sure everything is legal and proper.
That being if it's a true inheritance which is a legal process just as getting a divorce would be. -

2020-01-19 at 5:04 PM UTCSo another $50,000 in CD's was found by the CPA. Those will be dispersed in about two weeks, I have the form I need to send to the beneficiary department of the bank. Monday I get it notarized, mail it it to the bank, and in 10 to 14 business days I'll have that check. The other $250,000 Should be dispersed by no later than the middle of May.
