Yeah. With mostly kids tho so I had to lose on purpose sometimes. Its fun though because you can do circles around them, passing them and letting them pass you, and it makes it seem super intense.

A lot of the adults were from the Filipino side of the family. I dont know them well and probably wouldn't have had a good time talking to them.

Yeah i think ive decided I like big holiday events better. Where there are multiple conversations in different rooms, and different things going on so you can go find wherever youre most comfortable. Sitting at a single table with people and nothing going on is...weird. Or maybe im weird. Idk.

How big was it. Probably 40-50 at mine. And I'm close with my aunt/uncle so I could do shit like lie down in the guest bedroom and mess with the tv/game systems and pull out tables/chairs and get paper and pencils to draw on etc. Makes things a lot more comfortable when you're not stuck in one spot doing one thing.

Never lose on purpose to kids. Ever. You have to teach them the hard lessons about Mario Kart.

Wrong. Letting them win once in a while helps build their confidence to a level they can then sustain on their own.

It's better to get them used to always losing and being forever disappointed

You can still make it, even if you lost at everything as a kid. The past is in the past. The present is in the future.

In lots of professional races, for big money, the trailing runner makes a huge comeback from behind and ends up winning the race. Just goes to prove right there that the past means shit.

    Wrong.

Each moment is confined by necessity by the previous moment. So no, the past means the present. If the past was different the present would be different.

It's not like the gift cards were on sale.

This time last year I was in jill, coming off yopiates

This year I'm blessed and are simplifying, making good legal businesses, looking after people who care about me and detoxing with good coping mechanisms after a few medical procedures (additional gender related surgery) and mitigating the risk taking decisions I make. I'm very blessed all things considered.
