Seriously, I hope you use this opportunity to remain cigarette free after the addaboobtomy.

Nope, they’re only testing me for continine, a metabolite if nicotine that stays in the system longer than nicotine. Nicotine was out of my system by day 3 or 4. Continine can stay up to 10 days, and in some cases, up to 3 weeks. -

2019-11-18 at 9:42 PM UTCI don’t plan on it, but ya never know. I’ve been wanting to quit for some time now, didn’t think I could do it, I’m surprising myself.
I’m sorta playing a little “game” on myself. I’m better off not feeling like I have to do anything. I’m better off wanting to do it. Cigs are already beginning to stink to me, so we’ll see.
Must be the rebel in me. Lol -

Yeah I've found that every time I've been in jail or inpatient treatment where we couldnt smoke, it was very easy for me after the first few days. I've sort of always been more of a mentally habitual smoker compared to physically craving nicotine, so I dont ever NEEEED a smoke but it's more ingrained into my habits. The oral fixation thing as well.
Yet for whatever reason I always started smoking again after getting released, often as soon as possible, even though I had no desire for them and hadn't smoked in some cases upward of 17 or 18 months.
I guess if you just get used to vaping you'll probably just stick with that. -

2019-11-18 at 10:44 PM UTCTake a half glass of water, dump your old butts in there. When you feel like a cigarette, smell the water. If the craving is persistent, drink a sip of the water and swallow. If you're still dying for a smoke after that, light a cigarette and smoke it.
