pneumonia every few months during winter .. constantly battling coughing up sticky shit.. running the A/C to acclimate your body for that shit?
is there an easier way to protect yourself and make decent money just driving? -

To be honest, HTS's schtick has always kind of been to be as off the wall as possible. it's really a rogue company doing rogue things. They pulled the same stunt on Travis Kalanick as they did on Steve Jobs. Kicked him off the board of Directors and demoted him from Boss.. he's now back on the Board of Directors as some high level management. In exchange he got shitloads of money (which he had before getting kicked off. because he sold more than 50 percent of his stock.. handing power over to others.
I mean I don't know the exact story but this is very close. He got blamed for not allowing women and minorities to move up so once he sold off the Majority he loss power. His Mother died suddenly in a freak accident as he was being accused for being a racist and a bigot and for accepting the Job from Donald Trump before stepping down.
Understandably I agree he should of made women moving up a priority as well as looking past the color barrier yet He had to look for the best workers for his companies best interest.
All I know is now that Travis was removed.. my profits from driving dropped.
I used to get 105 dollars (this varied from 85-110 every week and this is an average) for say 35 dollars in a 4 day period Mon-Thurs I got an extra 90-100 bucks depending on how busy the week was. or you could get 30 rides for say 85 dollars on Weekends between Fri and the end of Sunday (which says Monday morning 4am)
now you get 10 dollars for 30 rides or maybe 12 or 15. and the amount you get per ride is down about 10-15% while fuel is twice this.
So when the power came in the profits of sharing went down. So much for "Sharing the wealth" from the Liberal side.
funny how that works. but it is what it is?
