If you're about to have some fun withdrawal you can buy phenibut legally and cheaply. Better and more feasible than using alcohol as it's a GABA-b agonist just like whatever benzo you're probably taking. Just be sure to use it exclusively to taper down as it's got an addiction of it's own. Bacoflen might be worth looking into as well.
I'm on a couple of meds. That mother fucker keeps fucking with my appointment and then he takes his precious goddamn time calling in my meds. He probably sits at his desk and laughs too lol.
I went to a psychologist I about told off in front of her pupil, I kind of did actually, I got pretty testy with her and she anxiously shoved like 20 pamphlets and dvd's at me and REALLY REALLY REALLY wanted me to sign a release to my psychiatrist her notes as to why all of my meds are wrong and she's right and they should all be changed and didn't even mention if or when I should come see her again because she obviously knew I hated her and then I walked out without signing the release the second she started walking back to the room, my lord I have I never seen such a control freak, she was really disrespectful and I didn't come to a PSYCHOLOGIST to talk about meds anyway I don't fucking care what somebody who can't prescribe meds because they;ve never been to MED school cares about meds she took my money and wasted 8 hours of my life
