   It's not 'better' tho, it mainly means lower yield and more farm space wasted/more water used.
   
   If you want nutritious go for the most flavorful stuff and stuff like heirloom tomatoes. Modern produce is an abomination.

   Now I'm eating diner which consists of organic lentils, organic quinia, broccoli, cauliflower, and organic spices(Spanish Saffron being one). My immune system is so strong I don't even get sick some years and I always have a lot of energy.
