BPD is one of the current trendy female mood disorders, along with bipolar. They're both heavily overdiagnosed and serve as tools for a psychiatrist who would otherwise throw their hands up and say "I have no idea why you're a psycho bitch".
Also,
There's so much overlap with everything that all of it loses a lot of its meaning. Lots of quality diagnoses aren't used anymore, even though they're accurate. It's easier to lump people into the trendy disorders of the year and shove a broadly effective treatment plan at them rather than a super specific one that nobody knows about yet.
one year everyone has ADHD and gets adderall, then big pharma funds a new big drug advertising scheme, then everyone has bipolar and gets depakote, then autism becomes a meme insult and the rate of autism diagnosis went from like 1 in 10,000 people to 1 in 68, bc everyone needs to something to become medicated as a customer of these drug businesses, so now you can get antipsychotics if you're awkward, then vyvanse needs a new marketing direction because sales are going down, so they invent "binge eating disorder" so fat people can get amphetamine packages again.

psychology today releases an article: "10 signs of a covert narcissist"
next day everyone who appears to be selfish at all gets thought of as a narcissist by armchair psychologists
another person walks into the clinic of a psychology today reader and the doctor who overestimates his abilities goes "AHA! I think i found a narcissist!" confirmation bias sort of things.
its literally like the words "mean" "loner" "unstable" "talkative" get REBRANDED by the american psychological association as mental disorders. so now its not just a person with a particular trait its a MENTAL ILLNESS!!! and now we can prescribe them DRUG$$$ because theyre SICK and not conforming to society@!!

it has cult-like aspects to it in its practice and way of thinking, and how it gives the doctor an illusion of a new indepth understanding of how people think, when really its just what you already knew about how people think, rebranding with more technical sounding jargon and labels. sort of like the cult of academic philosophy

Idk there's no much about inherent human psychology we don't know so its kind of bold to make blanket statements about subgroups. It's basically intellectual racism to say all hyper people have adhd and all people who have mood swings are this and that. There are so many variables and outliers you can't make those statements and expect to prove something without any proofs. Maybe some day we can measure brain waves or some shit but rn just take some pills faggot

so nothing sentient exists beyond the lower dimensional reality homo sapiens can perceive?
an 11d string reality would be exponentially more structurally complex than the 4d reality that we can understand. saying we are capable of perceiving everything that exists in the first 4dimensions is akin to saying something like "we've never found aliens so they dont exist" even though only like 0.00000000001% of space (probably less) has been explored

what is true is that the higher dimensions are considered compactified so they are kinda like dimensions that are necessary but infinitely small to exist to make physics possible. but these extrataneous dimensions would still contain information in their inputs and outputs to reveal multiple new layers of complexity beyond the standard model of physics. since quarks will be directly altered merely by percieving them (the spin/momentum uncertainty principle) then every perception causes a direct transmutation of physical and metaphysical particles that have infinite butterfly effects.
so to state myself more clearly: the extra dimensions if string theory if correct are compactified into impossibly small areas of space, and since our perceptions alter the dimensions that we know of as demonstrated by observer effect, and all the dimensions are interlinked as the structure of empty space. it means that our thoughts and actions are causing extradimensional consequences that impact the dimensions we perceive. there are entire realms of information we are unable to access and a god that controls everything would be operating in all dimensions, which we can only observe a depthless view of due to human limitation
