There's literally a list of exempted substances on there. Everything else you have to assume could be illegal if arrested with it. Was clearly not written by a doctor of any sort.
Its just absolutely ripe for abuse. I see a lot of people trying to order stuff to the UK, and when they ask if it's illegal all anyone can say is 'idk'. Could be perfectly fine. Could get charged.
Also consumption isn't illegal here either. -

2019-06-29 at 4:36 PM UTCTo be fair, they didn't arrest me on scene or at the hospital, but I'm pretty sure they were going to because they said they usually send cops with ems to drug overdose scenes, but they didn't have any available so it was just ems.
My apt got raided after someone rattoxed me which is why I got arrested, however the cops told me that they were eventually going to come to my apartment anyways because of the 911 log about overdosing at the apt. The rattox just speeded things up, and they said the 911 log was suffiecient evidence for a search warrant and that they WOULD have come back to the apt irregardless of whether rattox or no rattox.
So idk whether they arrest for consumption or not, but they will come back and raid your home and arrest you for anything you have. -

You get arrested for the possession, not the overdose. It's not illegal to overdose whatsoever lmao.
If consumption was illegal you could be arrested for a dirty drop, like they do in China and other countries. They'll just go to bars and drug test foreigners/minorities and if you pop you get deported or gulag'd even without having any drugs on you. -

no, the reason they can't do you for consumption here is because consumption doesn't prove possession. you could easy go in a bar and have anything slipped into your drink and you would test positive even tho you never possessed a thing. and spiking of people happens more often than you'd think, especially with women, obvs.
