I don't know you but I do know about drug recovery. It sounds like you've been trying to get sober but you aren't able to stay abstinent with your current devices. If you're highly committed to the goal of being sober, then I think your solution is to go to residential treatment. I don't think from what I've been reading that anything less will work for a substantial period of time.
Getting a second opinion, an assessment from a substance abuse evaluator, may reveal a better path for your recovery. -

you couldn't make that kind of a judgement just from reading a few forum posts.
if you're genuinely in the mindset of getting clean then you'll get clean, and once you're really at that point you'll find it pretty easy to do. but you don't get there until you've got to the point where you just cannot bear to live like that anymore and are genuinely bored tf and pissed off with it. either that or you just want something else a hell of a lot more. the fact is if you need to go to rehab to quit, then you don't need to go to rehab. because you're not committed enough to getting clean and will just be wasting your time, the rehabs time, and wasting a place that could be used by somebody else. not to mention the money that'll be wasted as those places are not cheap.

Infection. I never get so fucked I pass out, not like that. I go forever working a light without using too. I do my morning shit, and get to the light, make my money, get fixed up again, cop, make it back, maybe make a bit more depending on the day, then get back to base camp and do a night shot, maybe watch a YouTube video, read on here a bit, or read articles... Then sleep and then do it all over again. I usually get up at 4:30 am, get dressed, fixed, and on the light by 6am. I'm usually done at 12 or 1pm. Depending. Sometimes earlier but not usually past 1 though.
Its from my bone and mosquito bites and chaffing though. I'm feeling better.... A lot better than I was. I'll probably live unfortunately.
Damn those good Samaritans...

It just boggles my mind that at 26 years old, someone could still be so unevolved as to be that dishonest and selfish.

But then i have to realize some people just arent that introspective. All my flaws and fuckups, generally I have some vague idea why i do what i do. But it seems like some people just float through life effortlessly repeating all the same fucked up behaviors, without even an inkling that what theyre doing is a common thread throughout their entire lives and relationships.
I was debating telling her that at her current level of honesty and awareness, i would have a more fulfilling and gratifying "friendship" with a sex doll. At least that lifeless chunk of latex and misery would bring me a feeling other than anger and annoyance. -
