You literally get 20% off the site's profit from each transaction from your referred users... Transactions of drugs and other illegal materials. You are driving traffic and getting paid a commission on purchases of illegal goods and services. -

Just what I said. You are making money off advertising. Advertising, and making 20% of your client's profits, while performing the advertising, is not illegal. Advertising is protected under free speech and the Constitution. Why do you think anyone can take out a public ad for anything and post it on the bus, on the street and anywhere public? Because it's legal to do so and protected free speech under the Constitution.
"The question is often asked: Does the First Amendment protect advertisements? Advertising is indeed protected by the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. However, advertising or "commercial speech" enjoys somewhat less First Amendment protection from governmental encroachment than other types of speech. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), for example, may regulate speech that is found to be "deceptive.""

2019-05-29 at 11:49 PM UTCCommercial speech now clearly has prominent place in the rights protected by the First Amendment. A 1993 Supreme Court opinion summarized the general principles underlying the protection of commercial speech:
"The commercial market place, like other spheres of our social and cultural life, provides a forum where ideas and information flourish. Some of the ideas and information are vital, some of slight worth. But the general rule is that the speaker and the audience, not the government, assess the value of the information presented. Thus, even a communication that does no more than propose a commercial transaction is entitled to the coverage of the First Amendment." (Edenfield v. Fane, 123 L. Ed. 2d 543, 113 S. Ct. 1792, 1798 (1993).)

Originally posted by -SpectraL Links are purely informational, like putting out a newspaper. Has nothing to do with any conspiracy to sell narcotics.
If youre getting paid for directing people to a drug dealer, thats kind of exactly what that is. You dont have to handle the drugs or the money. If you are instrumental in marketing drugs TO people, they can pin you for conspiracy. -
