I think the problem is there doesn't seem to be a way to separate a capitalist economy from the government that's supposed to regulate it. When businesses become able to influence regulation to their own benefit, 'cronyism' becomes unavoidable.

thats the wrong way to look at it.
we dont need the government. all we need is set up another company, private or public to look out for the wellbeing of the society and its citizenry. -

then you'd have a government that was a wholly-owned subsidiary of the current most-powerful company -

Wrong. If I sell you a goat for a donkey, that's capitalism, and there's nothing wrong with that. If I sell you a goat for 100 donkeys, after I've already hoarded every goat in the town, that's crony capitalism, and there is something wrong with that. -

I'm not certain but I don't think businesses directly lobbying the government is a thing - businesses certainly aren't treated as citizens like in most of the first-world western states. Employees or business owners typically present their concerns the same way as anyone else does, either directly to local representatives or through the ordinary channels like the Chinese CCP or the Iranian Basij -

which is already a something that most countries are and if everything is going on as they are, most countries with significant economic activities and trades are going to end up as capital feudalist societies. except sahara and sub saharan countries and its variety of sub humams of course.
and it will be better and more efficient if we just remove all the pretense and sadistic political rituals and replace the government with a corporation outright.
i dont know a lot about arsetrallia due to its insignificance but i imagine economies and economics form the majority of the talkpoints and political agendas there. -

wrong.
if you exchange your goat for my donkey, thats TRADE.
it only becomes capitalism when you begin to trade a lot of your goats for donkeys and accumulates them to be used for purposes other than to fulfill your basic donkey needs.
such as renting them out to men for transportational or sexual gratifications.
crony capitalism is just doing bussiness with someone and some group that you trust, ie, a friend, family members and relatives, and only a complete retard would prefer to do bussinesses with a complete strangers with unknown backgrounds and unproven track records over their known friends and families.
even drug dealers dont do that. at least not the smart ones. -

the simple answer is thru reward systems. -
2019-05-29 at 10:37 AM UTCLooks like we’re sending 1,500 troops to the Middle East. Oh great.
Why do they consider 1 soldier a troop? I think of a group of people as a troop. WTF? -

*troupe* Is a term, I believe ,for multiple organisms in a group. They use fancy military terms like battalion ,fleet, platoon, brigade, etc for plural human soldiers. -

2019-05-29 at 1:16 PM UTCI read AtIas Shrugged a couple years ago (all 1200 "incredulous" pages). And basically the only way for capitalism to work in its purest form is that it doesn't.
If someone became quadrapalegic and had to be in a nursing home, but nobody liked them enough to want to shelter them, they would basically just die, which would be just fine by Miss Rand whom went on public support herself.
Wait.. -
