   When I was a kid my sister dated a mexican guy, and he'd always throw the toilet paper in the trash can after wiping his ass, rather than flushing it. Disgusting habit, his whole family did this. I live in a big city though and people here litter a lot, but most of them, even the homeless ones, try to have good hygiene.

    When I was in county jail someone had smuggled in some Somas and an older guy took 3 having never had them before. Ended up busting his ass and falling all the way down the metal staircase from the second tier of the pod when he attempted to walk down them and med staff had to come drag him away.
