    I already explained that black tar heroin gets you higher at the risk of collapsing your veins faster, I am an adult willing to take these risks. 6MAM gets you higher than heroin or fentanyl, BTH is almost like a research chemical. It looks like black tar crap because it is! that's why its called BLACK TAR HEROIN
    
    it's made from acetic acid so it's called "impure heroin" which is true but it has high amounts of 6 monoacetylmorphine which is better than all other opiates, it is the king.
    
    If you ask any cartel for black tar heroin you will get some black looking crap like this and that means it's good shit. If you actually did drugs you would know this!
