Maybe Minnesota does; I've always understood their DUI laws to much harsher, from fines to revocation to jail time.
4th dui got a 5 year-suspension including an extra year which they faggotly automatically tack on when your case includes a refusal to take a breathalyzer or blood draw.
Prison time is mandatory year and a day or drug court, which I opted for and spawned my 2.5 year sobriety chunkle.
I've heard of people here with 8 or more duis that have hardly done much prison time. ND is relatively quite forgiving in that regard.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

I got arrested & convicted once and don't even remember how many charges. Like, eight or nine. All but one got dismissed, and I'm on probabtion for like the rest of the year still. If I get arrested for the same thing again then I go to prison for 6 months, although it's doubtful I would actually have to serve all that.
I'm in contempt of court right now because nobody told me I had to present some documents that I DO have, nothing in the mail at all until the court date had passed. They extended it for a month though, so I'll be fine once I get this shit sent in.
what did you get arrested for? Its like pulling teeth with you people. -

It's funny cause they took my scale, 1000 empty capsules, and the police report said I had "Various powders thought to be mixing/cutting agents" which is bullshit and a dick move by them. Basically it means that they were trying to fuck me over and get it charged as a dealing case, which I wasn't doing. I am kinda surprised it wasn't charged that way, but the county had a brand new (soft) DA and my lawyer was tight with her and told her to play it as a "high user level" case, which it was. -

2019-05-11 at 11:32 PM UTCI got arrested for smoking a joint under the Golden Gate bridge one time,, really cool cops tho,, they found my stash with Opium, lsd and weed and only gave me a ticket for smokin the joint,, they even pushed my car into a parking spot and then returned me to my car after,, oh yeah and a year later they sent this cute little cop over to buy a bag off me on Hait Ashberry a couple of blocks south of Ben and Jerry's,, cops not so nice that time but they let me go on monday and said I should go back home and skip court and just never come back and they wouldnt come looking for me,, I reckon you nigga's know what I did
