i agree, but i'd argue that sex is mostly bad. there's casual sex, which happens if you get really horny but then you might need to spend some money, lower your standards and take time out of your schedule to deal with another persons bullshit for a while, and no matter how horny you were after a couple rounds you're going to feel shitty and just want to get rid of the other person asap then you're going to have to worry about getting an std or pregnancy.
if we're talking committed relationships, the situation is a totally different type of fucked up. the participants in a relationship have this idea of what their perfect relationship should be but that it could never actually be, like plato's ideal relationship. you are never really free from the knowledge that using your sexuality on others is a way to get some leverage against your partner so the natural system incentivizes hurting your partner.
either way, you have to deal with a lot of pain or bs for 1-3 short bursts of pleasure. it's like eating a whole tub of ice cream. yea it tastes good but you're only fucking yourself -

nah, i've just had enough of it that it bores me now. it's only really fun while you still have shit to think about and desire. after you've lived out 2 or 3 of those long held fantasies you realize there's nothing behind it. it's just like smoking crack, you feel good for a short amount of time but the money, time, and pain you need to spend to get it was definitely not worth it -
