That was what was written up for the following incident:
DUDE, I used to be a security guard, and if someone on the premises had so much as a PAPER CUT, I'd have to fill out pages of notes.
Yet the RCMP sloppily throws that together after they BEAT ME INTO A CONCUSSION.

Could be different where you live. But if they're on duty, there has to be some kind of information where/what they were doing at that time.
Their cell phones will place them all in the area but then it doesn't sound like they are disputing being there, just the events that unfolded.

The US government accused him of secretly being a terrorist, and they raped him daily, beat him so bad his fingers had to be amputated. The guy was a real mess after they got done with him. Whenever he asked what was going to happen to him next, they'd say something like "A soldier is going to come through that door, start beating you up and then rape the shit out of you" and sure enough, that's exactly what would happen.

Brain injuries are always bad. The fact he blacked out means he received a brain injury. That's worse than stitches or broken bones.
Prepaid cellphones can still be tracked, and if you're around any cameras, they'll know who made the call. Cameras are everywhere these
days.
EDIT: an old police trick is to beat people with phone books, because it'll give you a brain injury but it's unlikely to leave any marks. -

I heard there's a reason to beat people specifically on the soles of the feet but never thought about it much, is it a bruising thing or are they just more sensitive?
