There's a show on Netflix called "Dark Comedy" or something that investigates comedians and other people who are in war zones/shitty areas. They interview General Butt Naked in one episode at night on the street. He is massively paranoid, checking over his shoulder all the time. And also he seems to have no sense of humor, but told stories of laughing at torturing people or berating the enemy during battle.
I'm honestly amazed this dude is alive at all. How the hell did he find a wife. -

His real name was Joshua Blahyi but his soldiers called him General Butt Naked because he would often go into battle naked like a crazy motherfucker.
He changed his name for real to General Butt Naked out of shame for his crimes and changed his ways when he found Christ. Apparently he's a pretty cool guy now. -

What can a man do but his best? He is repentant and penitent, and he raised half a million dollars to help child soldiers and junkies have options and a chance at a real life. What do you want from him? -

He also makes money from interviews and gets foreign funding for his projects, basically riding off the infamy of his extensive war crimes. It's a pretty fucked situation. I'm not saying he hasn't changed, but sometimes that doesn't matter. He should have been lined up and shot years ago.

Obviously it doesn't make it good, I'm asking what you want to do from this point.
What good would shooting him do? Generally the point of putting someone in prison or to death in modern society isn't meant to be some Calvinist means of revenge, it's meant to either reform dangerous people or remove them from society so they can't harm it.
If this guy has changed then what are you hoping to get from imprisoning or killing him aside from some petty notion of revenge? -
