2019-04-26 at 5:17 AM UTCWhy did you say no though when they asked you to cool it? Why not just step back and let them handle the assault that was in progress? Just curious.

2019-04-26 at 5:17 AM UTCBro. U already said u were warned 'ONCE' to stop drinking. Should we forcefully grab liquor from ur hands & babysit u cuz u can't hold ur liquor? Lol.

FIVE uniformed police officers were all standing around while a man was being repeatedly punched into the curb by a CIVILIAN bouncer.
That's so fucking illegal I only wish I was an American lawyer that did civil litigation suits... I'd be a rich, rich man after that.
NOT TO MENTION my own mistreatment by the police.
The whole thing was a cluster fuck.
But of course, we only get the so-called "official" documentation included above... ONE FUCKING PARAGRAPH preceding my brutal and incapacitating beating. -

I wasn't drinking in front of the cops for fucks sakes.
Jesus, give me at least SOME credit.
I witnessed an egregious act of violence and stepped in.
DON'T LET THE POLICE "REPORT" BLIND YOU to the actual events that occurred. -

2019-04-26 at 5:27 AM UTCIt is an incredibly shitty, oddly short report zooks.
-
2019-04-26 at 5:27 AM UTCThe police report is almost entirely fabricated.

If a report was filed immediately things would be easier with more evidence and the encounter fresher in people's minds
your best course of action is to try to recreate the situation exactly. Pay a crackhead to get beaten up by the bouncer in front of 5 cops then get beaten up again. Cept this time have someone (not a crackhead) film it and upload it to world star -

I know, and THAT is PRECISELY my point.
I only emphasize these words to emphasize for everyone... I'm not directing it at you in particular.
But nobody seems to believe me that this is a scenario, however unlikely, wherein the POLICE committed an act of violence upon an INNOCENT CIVILIAN.
It induces a form of cognitive dissonance that people just simply aren't wired to reconcile.
I fully expect skeptical responses... TO A POINT. At least, assuming anyone will give me at least SOME benefit of the doubt. -
2019-04-26 at 5:32 AM UTCAnd I'm not some kind of deluded self-described victim with a persecution complex...
I HAVE BROKEN THE LAW... I have been in the back of more cop cars than I can count...
BUT it just so happens I was innocent this evening.
My credibility is like ZERO in any official capacity... But that does not entirely preclude the events as I describe them. -

PROCEEDING...
SUCCEEDING...?
I can never remember. -
2019-04-26 at 5:39 AM UTCThat report is complete BS but the only way anything will ever get done is if you take this case to some kind of police watchdog group, MLA and a good lawyer.
You have definately been fucked over and those bastards should pay but unfortunately this stuff happens so much that it could be falling on deaf ears.

Yeah, I mean it is well known that Doctors have bad hand writing but that is so strange to try and read. Maybe he was working a triple shift and tired? or was he just really old? Not trying to disrespect the doc but shit. I thought you were trolling for a moment but then I remember the gash on your chest -

I know some horrible, shitty people who have gotten settlements for far more than their entire existence has been worth cumulatively. That has nothing to do with it. -

If my officially lodged complain through the The Civilian Review and Complaints Commission for the RCMP (CRCC) doesn't work out, I will definitely proceed through different channels.
