2019-04-26 at 4:30 AM UTCThat's also the smallest report I've ever seen and I've seen a lot.

If, following a beating by five cops, a report as long as the one posted above is the only documentation, I HIGHLY doubt they kept any video, IF any such video were recorded.
Anyway, this "comprehensive" police report, combined with my medical records, and the photos included above, just HAVE to be sufficient to bolster a law suit...
Whether criminally or civilly, I plan to pursue this. -

Well you say there was 5 on duty police officers? Those 5 have to let their dispatch know where they are anytime they enroute somewhere, on scene and back available etc. Everywhere they are at is documented. Who knows. Could be different where you live. But if they're on duty, there has to be some kind of information where/what they were doing at that time. -

I did not refer to this whole ordeal as a "conspiracy" lightly...
This is a 100% certified conspiracy.
Every so often, the paranoid person is actually right.
This is one of those cases.
There is more information out there, or that could have been recorded, but simply wasn't. -

Nope.
Like I said before, I as completely innocent, and, therefore, presented no valid reason for an arrest.
They cuffed me right before I blacked out.
Then I came to while stumbling down the street covered in blood and barely able to see through one eye.
If I were guilty of some crime, would they not have thrown me into the back of the cop car and dragged me down to the station?

I never said that? Just might help if they documented five officers there instead of just the two on the report.
But whatever. You're fucked then. -
2019-04-26 at 4:45 AM UTCThat's fucked Mr. Zooks, it's hard to fight institutional buerocracy when the system is literally set up to prevent any checks and balances. I highly doubt you're going to win this but don't give up fighting. I don't see any way you'll get a fair judgement but you might be able to make enough noise for them to think twice the next time they beat up someone for fun. I'm fortunate enough to have never been beat up by the police, just kinda wrestled and twisted up by a couple but there were rich people nearby so it didn't go so bad

Oh I know.
I'm not trying to be combative or anything.
I'm just still kinda thrown by the whole thing... I mean, I literally just got this police report about an hour ago.
I expected A LOT more.
This is basically an outlandish plot twist.
Except my life is supposed to be reality, not a TV show where cops bury information in a genuine act of conspiracy. -

Would they have beat u for no apparent reason? Seems extremely odd, except if u were volitile & drinking. -

In Canada we have (and I only discovered this recently as part of my research) a civilian organization that deals with complaints like this.
The only major problem is that I missed the cut off / statute of limitations by a few weeks.
BUT, under exigent circumstances, they will consider waiving said statute. I'm still in communication with them on that. The case isn't closed just yet. -

I refused to move along when I saw a civilian being beat up by another civilian.
My crime was concern for civil liberties.
How ironic that I was victimized in the exact same way for voicing said concern.
ALSO: Your victim-blaming is showing.
