Originally posted by GGG Yes. That is due process of law. A fair and speedy trial with just punishment.
Sometimes it takes time to ascertain the facts, like when some brown is claiming that he needs asylum because the tokolosh is waiting for him under his bed back home. Especially since he can just keep changing his story indefinitely.
In such circumstances keeping him safe, in a hotel-like building, is the only humanitarian option. -

Originally posted by GGG Deportation is fine. That's the law. They were still entitled to all the rights that anybody else on US territory has under the 14th amendment.
That's a bald-faced lie. The 14th Amendment says no such thing. And even if they really were somehow entitled to the rights of any legal citizen, then they would also be subject to all applicable laws of such legal citizens, and entering the country without going through the immigration system is illegal. -

Yes. It does. That's why they should do it during the initial criminal proceedings, or when they're serving their sentence. Why would they release them, make them sit in prison for an undetermined amount of time, and then either deport or release them back into society? It is unethical and a waste of taxpayer money. -

Because they run away.
You know that.
Because that's exactly what you want to happen.
You aren't a civil libertarian all of a sudden. Get the fuck out of here expecting us to believe that.
You want America to become non-white as soon as possible.
Why?
Fuck knows. Hate maybe.
Racial revenge on those evil white people who gave you everything and treated you so well. -

2019-03-21 at 1:20 AM UTCFour other Circuits also agreed that the 9th Circut Court was wrong... not just these 5 Justices. They are criminals ffs! They should lose the right to be here(in the grand US..of A) if they canāt abide by our laws! Why should all us other Americans be subject to placating to their abuse of living in a nation that gives them so many freedoms... if they canāt abide by the laws that need to be upheld to protect us all? No! Iām damn straight with the decisions the Justices have started taking to āfuq the shit-upā to all those who want to illegally come here & abuse the privleges of all the other immigrants ālegallyā coming & living in my Countryā and those privleges of the birthright of all us born hereāThe FREE world...!
