   Mine got really bad, only because I knew I was getting them painted soon. I had the entire house painted. Baseboards, trim, closets, ceilings and doors. That was before last summer, so I’m sure I’ll be cleaning mine come the big spring clean. Some of these jobs I’d rather pay someone to do.

   All I did from March till Jan of this year is have people around for drinks pretty much non stop, (that's when not drinking in town). All my walls and ceiling need repainting from the nicotine stains. The blinds have a light yellow hue in the sunlight which is rank. I'm going to replace them, paint the walls and ban smoking.

   Exactly what ya do! No smoking and no candles in my house after the paint job. I used to burn candles all the time, lots of them; the soot really adds up. I do have a nice cozy smoke room in my garage anyway.
   
   It’s not uncommon for people to ask their guests to smoke outside. I don’t think that’s asking too much.
