He just seemed like he fought for the right causes, i.e. his homeland being invaded which of course is understable, be it from the USSR or US. What we don't know if he was an advocate of terrorism in regards to targeting enemy civilians etc. He didn't come across as the type to. A moral compass maybe. -

Religious values would have kept him in check, it's the same thing with the Taliban. They do everything they can to minimalize civilian deaths. Recent reports have shown that the vast majority of civilian deaths are attributed to the US, Afghan forces (so, the US bootlickers) and Daesh. The Taliban has also said it has never interfered with other country's affairs, and it's true. When did the Taliban ever attack outside of Afghanistan? They never have, and they never would. And if they ever did, they'd make sure not to kill any civilians in the process. Of course, it's inevitable that civilian deaths happen, but the difference between the savage US invaders and the righteous Taliban is that the former doesn't care about the civilian deaths they cause, as they do it on a daily basis. Honestly, if you knew what they've been saying, and doing for years then you'd understand that these guys are not the bad guys. What's so bad about defending your country from illegal invaders and illegal occupiers; and those that serve them? Believe you me, if the US were to invade England, you'd fight them, too. Any respectable man would defend his motherland. -

I cleaned every nick nack (which I hate doing), all the glass and mirrors, and everything on the walls. I’m pooped. Smells fresh in here. It’s warm enough to open the windows for a bit.
