I mean correlation =/= causation, but of the 5 people that I know who experienced this, two were pretty severely mentally ill and three were abusing crystal meth BIG TIME. My girlfriend said she was being followed, and would come to me with huge stacks of disposable camera photos of random people on the street. She said they taunted her with symbols, and the most common one was that all the cars following her had the Virgen de Guadalupe hanging from the rear view mirror. She was SO fucking convinced of this that she began gluing/pasting pictures of her face all over her windows and back windshield, so she could "intimidate" them back.
IIt's natural to think we have a higher purpose. In some people it manifests as religious experience. In some people I think it probably manifests as this. -

People on meth are easy targets for gang stalking. Sometimes the goal is to recruit them, other times it's because certain cults and religious groups don't want them using meth. Of course, their paranoid delusions may have fabricated the entire thing, but people in a state of psychosis are easy prey. The majority of the supposed TIs somehow never manage to be wearing a body cam, or have any kind of technological sophistication at all, so all their supposed "proof" is stuff that could really be anything, which dis-credits real TIs.

I enjoy messing with people's minds, which is partly why I don't mind them attempting to do that to me nearly as much. One thing that they've done that actually freaks me out is dopplegang-ers. -

With the massive number of genetic combinations and the billions of people on earth right now, the chance of there not being a handful of people in your immediate area with very similar characteristics is small.
I was convinced that weed allowed me to see things microscopically, but it was simply that I was able to focus more closely. The same way a clock or metronome seems to slow if you breathe and focus on it enough. It's almost certainly not a psychic phenomena. With the billions people on the planet, you don't think all these people levitating shit would've taken some video of something completely unexplainable, just to ruffle some feathers? -

Nope, it's unlikely they would. There's a thread on above top secret that talks about mudras and such, people with special abilities. It took me a long time to realize some of this stuff. There's no manual on it, no guide, unless you've got some crazy high security clearance and work for very specific intelligence agencies or special forces which are not officially acknowledged to exist. For thousands of years, people that practiced meditation and taught it, discouraged anyone from showing off their abilities, because you could become persecuted and a lot of people would become jealous and even hateful towards you for it.
The main thing is, the government has genetically and electronically categorized everyone with their super-computers, so it's unlikely anyone that has a propensity for these abilities would ever slip under their radar, and as it falls under the category of military secrets/national security secrets, the video will either be removed or an army of government trolls will quickly attempt to dis-credit them. They also regularly encourage fakes as a way to dis-credit anyone with a real super-natural ability.
I have no dopple-gang-er, I'm genetically so much different than the vast majority of people. I'm a super-mut. But there are people I know who definitely do, and it's freaky.
If you're ever in the San Antonio area, feel free to bring a camera. I've received a lot of death threats and other kinds of threats for doing this stuff in public in front of large audiences of people. A lot of people assume I'm working for the CIA or NSA. Some people just assume "DoD" or Navy Intelligence. None of that is true and I'm not a magician. These aren't illusions. A lot of people are also assuming I'm the best hacker in the world, and that I've hacked everyone's brainwaves and made them believe this stuff is real. That is also not true.
I'm not doing this with technology, nor is anyone else. -

I do have family in Austin, Houston and New Braunfels though, and my grandma isn't doing well, so sometime in the next year I might take you up on that. -

It's extremely unlikely, already, for most people to be able to harness these abilities. As I pointed out already in this thread, it doesn't come easily. You have to either be in some horrible accident, get raped and abused, go to war, or over-meditate, or take too much psychedelics (and have the right personality)........ You also can't be egocentric... So that rules out most anyone that would have any interest in social media. The personality is a big part of it. 99% of people do not have the right personality to be good at any of this stuff... I don't do it in public to show off, it's just to practice. It involves synchronizing macroscopic motion. It's also related to and sometimes is the same thing as Paralelling. Hence the need to practice in public. None of this makes me better than anyone else. I'm not evil, and still have an ego, just not a bloated one. So I do assume (perhaps falsely) that I am better than evil people.

Hermetic magic can be defined as imagination + will. It's more of a feeling than a thought process. This is why gnostics were great at this sort of stuff. Gnostic ritual magic/meditation. Trance states. People assume you can just read some text and make something happen, light some candles, etc. It's more a feeling like I said, so it's not always easy to describe, and in a gnostic state, you'll know things that you may not be able to easily remember when you come out of it. -

I just had my friend, prolly high on drugs, throwing rocks at my door because he thought me ex went and fucked with his house and his car even tho my ex was passed out asleep all evening when it happened.
He also kept pointing at me and saying I kept “dancing for them.” And he said he was getting controlled with V2k and that I was paralleling him. I read this thread last night and had a terrifying dream these demons were chasing me and narrating their every move before they did it. But it was also gibberish that sounded like a satanic ritual. It felt so real. I woke up knowing I had been in that dream before.
Some of your references said people on drugs are extra suceptible right?

A memory? They started to study "genetic memories" when they realized they couldn't explain butterfly migration patterns they way they had predicted they could. A lot of this MKULTRA stuff is traced to people with certain genetic memories. Some people say that's why they're targeted and sometimes recruited. People with genetic memories of being able to effectively do magic are often targeted or initiated through illuminati bloodlines to become "super soldiers" or "super spies". The only difference between that and any other remotely controlled spy or soldier is that they're born into it and have extra abilities.
People on drugs are susceptible in different ways. Depending on which neurotransmitter you're messing with, blocking or duplicating, it may interfere with what they're doing or it may amplify the effects.
People tend to assume marijuana makes you impervious to mind control, but it doesn't. Not at all, it depends entirely on which kind they're using and on the individual's physiology and personality.
Meth is useful, as is marijuana, in creating and experimenting on "super spies" and such because it activates certain regions of the brain involved in mind control and "paranormal" abilities.
Doesn't mean I'm encouraging people to do meth. Most people that do it, if it does activate anything, won't be able to use it, and if anything, the government will hijack whatever ability it is while they're asleep or otherwise unaware of it.
Mind control through programming people during their dreams is effective and has been a part of mind control for a long time.
Paralleling has to do with the law of attraction and animal magnetism. Kundalini and hermetic magic also, but through the principle of contagion and favorable frequencies attracting different people/lifeforms. If your state of mind is supremely calm or in some other way favorable do the average person, you can force them onto your frequency and they will conform to your movements and emotions.
