drug dealing is shitty on both sides, drug dealers are shitty, greedy people that you can never get a hold of when you need them, and customers are whining, pathetic people that will never stop calling you.
lots of people get fucked over because they expose themselves to too much risk. often times its pretty easy to take a few extra steps to ensure everyone is safe and secure but nobody bothers, and you get a lot of bravado and dumb decisions.
If your customers are people you trust, sure. But most people don't have a bunch of friends who want to buy pounds. My friend/dealer says that he most commonly sells quarters and ounces.
If they aren't people you trust, that's how you get your ass robbed. Selling casually to friends is so easy and risk free. All of my friend's customers are people both he and I and everyone else in our group have known since highschool.
The risk for him is like zero. Doesn't matter how much you're selling as long as you can trust the people you sell to. -
