That's incorrect, Lanny. They can certainly uncover your entire employment history through use of your SSN. And don't forget, you agree to and approve of the check by signature, so there's no legal or privacy issues involved.

The Work Number. Lots of big name employers user this and when they verify your employment, they're going to know you're lying when they see no entry.
You'd be better off lying about working for smaller company that went under. It's best to simply hold jobs that use the Work Number and then lie about your performance and why you left. Make the paperwork look good, then lie to make yourself look better. Then become a piece of shit once hired. -

Lol that's what I used when hiring. You can search through what they've got to find out what kind of shit you can lie about. Toys R Us isn't one of them, I was just giving an example.

I had a job a few months ago and I quit.
I had high hopes for the job but it reminded me too much like school. The entire place ran like clockwork and if any of the cogs aren't perfect they must be fixed.
Nobody there had any concept of reality or awareness. Their brains operated only on the level of basic programming. This is why certain companies have such high rates of turnover and lots of youth are unemployed because someone with no experience working stepping into an environment like that has a hard time adjusting to things like dress code, red tape and monthly performance reviews.
I have already sold my soul to the corporate machine. That feel when you can see the frustration and anger in the customers face and you feel no emotion or sympathy, you want to help them but you can't, it's not your job and you have other customers to help.
