   Well my heart rate is pretty much back to baseline,but I'm still shaky and weak. It's basically 3 days after I dosed. Is this even slightly normal? I mean I'm in awful shape. I have to catch my breath running out to my Uber every morning. But this is fucked. I guess depleted serotonin would also cause the mood swing. Aren't there serotonin receptors in the gut? Is that maybe why I still can't take a shit, or is it more likely the reconstruction killed my butthole?
   
   I meAn I made it 31 days with an obsruction in 2013 but id probably cut myself open before ensuring that again. If the CIA wanted some real twisted shit, having someone's rectum surgically fused and then force feeding them for a month is some of the most torturous stuff imaginable.
