It's not really like it should be looked down on its just a way people live and the fact people do it for many many years sometimes goes to show it's obviously worth it and very doable.

Jesus God, Lanny! What did I do to illicit that meltdown?
You all weren't discussing something "nasty and criminal" which had nothing to do with real life straws, were you?
I watched an episode of something on youtube where some dudes show how to make fresh water from salt water by making a distillery and they're all like, thankfully all of this plastic has washed ashore on this remote island.
the only thing other used was bamboo to make the pipes. but he could of made pipe with the plastic bottles
it worked for them. also making sharp cutting tools like a knife to cut the fish easier.
I hope I do't get to this level but hiring someone like a homeless person to collect plastics like old straws and paying is just a form of recycling with job title attached to it.

This morning going to work. no one was out. no rides in the morning.
look how red the sun is. this camera's censor turns black when it sees light to bright. the sun normally looks like a black ball. this was like redish fog early in the morning with a red disk as the sun.
totally done with breathing in this shit. saw more people wearing hazmat level masks just walking around in dressed atire.
"The Big Game "Cal vs Standford" planned on having 60,000 people. called off Air Quality of 150 or less is needed to play football. tomorrow will hit 275. 300 is hazard. stay home. the level when a chemical plant releases shit.

for your strawman stories
cut them and glue them back together.. it forms welds and shows how much stronger a structure is than not gluing them together which makes a straw collapse. the welds often are stronger than the material.
speaking of straw. 20 thousand dollars worth. All Gone
