Shudder..they have those here, I nearly walked into one while picking wild grapes once..the web with the banana spider sitting in the middle was literally 1 inch from my face....I ran screaming like a girl.

2018-11-16 at 5:25 PM UTCWe have Black Widows here. mostly in the more humid East County area and up north. like everywhere at night. they usually live in the siding of your house. but at night, they start making webs in your from yard. and they're not really webs.. they just spray silk all over everything.

Back when I had my 6 wooded acres up in Conroe Texas you could go out at night and shine a torch into the woods and hundreds of spider eyes would be looking back at you...occasionally there would be a couple of huge deer eyes in the pack too...at least I hope they were deer eyes. -

I dated this chic from Daytona. She knew I liked “the woods” and camping...
She took me to this park that looked like a jungle. Every opening I could see was filled with giant webs and one of those spiders. Goddamn coral snakes and black racers...I was like-“fuck this I’m out!”
