Yeah, I mean it's supposed to be really effective for anxiety according to the forums he and I use to look at, but Malice was unwilling to put in any appreciable amount of willpower and effort of his own to work through his issues
Malice and I have very similar lines of thinking. It is only recently, after my 6striplifechangingtrip! and meditation and rhb that the way I think has changed.
I think his environment and family growing up did not set him up for above average odds.

He just put that effort into book smarts rather than street smarts. He was a dedicated nigga when it came to things like that. He had a lot of willpower. That's probably also why he's dead. Ordering all the stuff for that euthanasia shot took dedication and direction.
Really makes you wonder why he wasn't able to apply this to his social life. -

It took 600ug lsd+mdma, a hospital trip&jail trip and helpful paranoid hallucinations for several days to get my brain straightened out ready to go live life. It's acceptance vs denial. Malice didn't accept the premise of cbt, figuring it was common sense stuff he was above and wouldn't benefit from. Only meds would make it doable.
Then I explained that the meds were for naught, and he lost purpose without his chemical tinkering. He was so happy that he could allegedly eyeball 10mg on a scale. Once he accepted that the right mix of meds won't fix him well enough, he chose to /k rather than do therapy.
I was once in that line of thinking; I understand it. Sp is still in that line of thinking. He'll probably now ponder the idea of trying high dose acid, the logical next thing. I understand that too.
There's no point for me to talk to sp about "therapy" or "mindfulness" though because he's so goddamn fucking stubborn, and unwilling to live life. And I intimately understand that too, because I thought almost exactly like sp most of my life as well.

And yeah, he was really stubborn. One time I asked him for help with choosing some medications and he told me that if I don't do exactly as he says he will never ever help me again because he's researched this and knows its the best and most effective route, and that I'd literally be a retard if I didn't listen to him etc etc.
Honestly the world is better off with him dead. Malice would've hurt somebody someday had he stayed on the path he was on. Remember the post about him following a girl through the park just to see if he could?
