The man says "Because you are out of ham"..and goes on his way.

Englishman, Scotchman and Irishman all walking down the high street 10 mins apart.
Englishman passes a travel agency with a sign in the window that says "World cruise only $5"
He thinks, wow what a deal! he goes in and says "Im here about the $5 cruise" the guy says "Oh yes, just step through that door there and they'll tell you all about it"
He goes though the door and then *WHACK*...someone hits him over the head and he is out cold.
10 mins later the Scotsman comes along, sees the same sign, goes in and is also directed to the door...and again *WHACK*, he is hit over the head and out cold.
another 10 mins passes and the Irishman comes along, sees the sign for the $5 world cruise, again goes in and again is directed to the door..*WHACK* He is knocked out cold.
3 weeks later the 3 of them wake up in a bathtub in the middle of the Atlantic.
The Scotsman starts to panic "OH GOD OH GOD WE ARE GOING TO DIE!!"
The Englishman says "Calm down we'll be ok, a ship will surely be along soon and save us"
The Irishman says "Well they didn't last year". -
