There are certainly policy changes. At least in San Francisco. I went to the FBI field office and they told me "We no longer are accepting walk ins" Like Suddenly.. a major policy change. one that could cost them a serious lead in a future case. more than likely many many cases by many people. and when asked "Why didn't you say something" they said, I did then I was told to go to the field office but they told me "We don't take walk ins anymore.. so I got confused and flustered and said "never mind" and went home.
Watch what happens because of this "No walk in off the street" policies. along with "You can't get into certain places without this new "REAL ID"
shit worked just fine before. -
