I don't think Malice would troll on that. If he didn't, then he just left the forum, and the online profiles he used for good, starting over.
Malice's ass hairs had more value than anything you, sploo, are worth, ever will be, or anything you've ever done or could do at your best. You're the lowest of the low, and while you think you're some super genius who huffs raid for lulz, Malice really was intelligent, miles more intelligent than you could ever hope to come close to.
You know, I miss Malice a lot, and while he probably doesn't have much more than a few people here, and his immediate family, he sure has more people that miss, and mourn his passing than you will when you finally die (hopefully in a fire).
he was fucking retarded. all he would do was googling a combination of keywords and posting the 1st result.
T-PAIN + neurogenesis
T-PAIN + depression
T-PAIN + autism
autism + brain
brain + T-PAIN
this is the only thing he was capable of doing and would just do it over and over and over and was so fucking retarded he based his entire worldview around these studies as absolute truths. anyone this lame definitely deserves to die.
you're hydro you're a research chemical addict in severe pain 24/7 who writes giant tl;dr posts and we all hate you and we're waiting for you to die. you're the most useless person here now that malice is gone -

GET THE FUCK OUTTA HERE.
A very small percentage falsify these charges.
According to stats 99,856 cases of rape were reported during 2017 in the US. 2% - 8% were false reports. If we go with the average of 5% that means 1 in 20 or 5,000 men were falsely accused of rape. While 5% may seem like a "very small percentage" to someone who can never be accused of rape if the believe all women narrative is allowed to take root 5000 innocent men per year will be convicted. That is why you have to weigh every single case on the facts as supported by evidence. -

Some might retort that those are acceptable losses and that no system will ever be perfect. -

If the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few or the one or in the words of John Stuart Mill; "the greatest good for the greatest number" what is the course of good for the greatest number in this scenario.
2012, the US Department of Justice reported a 93% conviction rate. Let's round that to 90% to simplify things. Out of 100,000 reported cases 90,000 are convicted. Lets pretend like under the current burden of proof upon the state as dictated by due process and the Constitution the state never sends the inoce t one's to jail. That means the 5000 who reported merely suffered financial loss for legal defense, and loss of good standing at work, amongst friends, and even possibly within their own family. 3000 more were walked due to technical issues with the investigation or a lack of credible evidence.
Already 5000 innocent people have been hurt along with all those who depend on them. It can be argued that 95,000 women got justice so the needs of 95,000 outweigh the needs of the 5000. But that would be too limited of an argument to stand.
The truth is the harm down to the 95,000 women is not undone by the punishment of 5000 innocent men. This is not a matter of chossing A or B. There is choice C.
A. Belive all women and send all reported rapist to jail
B. Keep things as the are and fuck those 5000 innocent guys it's for the greater good.
C. Make the punishment for falsely reporting a rape the same as for rape.
C is the only logical choice if you truly believe in the greater good (which I don't). But the borrom line is that A flies in the face of the Vulcan concept you used as a devils advocate to support an argument you do not believe. -
2018-10-18 at 3:21 PM UTCOthers would argue that you should be honored to sacrifice yourself to the system, even if you are innocent, so that the majority of the populace may receive a reasonably productive system.

I agree with Parker on this. it's just a way of thinking that the common woman is being gear into a certrain train of thought of "What is really rape" or "what is really consential" or during the heat of passions You suddenly realize how much power you have and say "STOP" just as he's jizzing.. making it rape"
lol
that's actually a real thing. while the wealthy elitist have their little whores they buy. everything is under contract. like Trump and his recent Tramp. 150k
Jesus, the Saudi's murdered a guy from the Washington Post. it's on film. they have 20 Saudi's even transparent about it. including a famous Saudi surgeon (a woman) involved in torturing him brutally and slowly. Like a drug lord style skinning him alive shit. probably cut his heart out in front of him. A surgeon who took an Oath.
and Trump is all like "We sold them 150 Billion dollars in Arms, that's the most ever" and it's about money over human rights. I mean 150 billion vs One Human life.
Pfffttt -trump? -
2018-10-18 at 3:49 PM UTCI'm telling you right now. the world is in End Times. Every religion. Even my girlfriend who doesn't believe in the Christian Jedeo belief. her Religion (Buddhism) believes we're in the final Latter Days.
jedis of different sects are calling these the last days.
Christian fundies always have said the sky in falling but now even the church's who have kept quit and practice "no man shall know the hour" say the times show evidence of Satan's Rule is strong.
and if you don't believe in God you still see the world is changing for the worst.
shit's sliding. The Human race is seeing it's last century most likely. maybe 2 centuries left at best.
The 1980s maybe early 1990s was the last Analog decade. it was the best time. The last of great music. the last of innocents that was available if you looked for it. not to say it wasn't a violent time. it was one of the worst violent times on FBI records. but those violence occurred in pocketed areas. now everything with gentrification has allowed violence in the most upscale neighborhoods.
