What is noteworthy is that men have been using their position in the world to exploit women for literally millenia. What about Henry the 8th? Dingus Khan? Humphrey Bogart? It's pretty much established any guy with any kind of libido will do this. It's not important to specifically shame guys for doing what guys do. I don't think I'll ever be #metoo d but I have been extremely disrespectful to women I thought were undeserving of respect before. The conversation should be to do with what to do with the information, specifically how it can still lead to productivity and less of a gender imbalance in the workplace and maintain maximum efficiency due to the ass grabbing ratio (nice buns hun x aggressive males/women's mock outrage) reaching maximum productivity.
