hell yeah, love me a Cab. too bad it's so young, though. I've tried to turn a lot of my drinking buddies onto wine and while plenty of them are game, some of them have the stupidest fucking ideas about it. A while ago I was hanging out with some less than savory types I knew, and they were bragging to me that they just stole a bunch of really expensive wine, and wasn't I so stoked? Of course it was all $50+ bottles of TRASH. not that the degenerate thieves I know are the only ones that succumb to this idea that expensive = better. whatever though, that means that there's less competition for me when it comes to getting those good deals. like $10 for a 15+ year old Chilean red. you'd think that age = better would permeate people's skulls but no, just the price.

I agree, a couple of years in a barrel would have really helped the taste. It's still a bit green and grassy. Maybe they could have mixed it with a Merlot to make it round. It was really cheap, though. I'm not complaining.
