Automatic currency exchange machines -- Instant trade of fake money for real money.
Bitcoin ATMs -- perhaps even better as long as the currency retains value. -

The material, the raised polymer print, complex holograms, etc, all require advanced machinery to fake. It probably isn't even worth it to invest in all the stuff that would be necessary. Only cartels and rogue states like North Korea can get their hands on it.
The bleaching regular American +$10 bills and printing pre-1996 $100 scans on them is the easiest thing anyone with an IQ over 100 and readily available stuff can do, while at the same time being profitable. They also pass the major counterfeit test (pen), and don't need reflective UV ink, which is a huge plus. -

2018-09-25 at 7:09 AM UTCyears and years ago we had some fake 50 pound notes, which was quite a lot in them days so they weren't too common. we hit this little drugstore coz it had this really old woman working in there. my pal went in first and got away no problem. i went in stupidly about 5 minutes later and used one and she got a bit suspicious. they didn't have those pens or the black light in those days so to check it what she did was got another 50 out of the till and compared it with the one i gave her. of course the only other 50 in her till was the one my pal had given her 5 minutes before, so she saw they looked the same and handed me my change, lol.
