Anyway, is it not true then that they're pumping out too many grads? I worked with a girl who just graduated and says she can't find a job, but I don't think she's really looking to move, and she's waiting for the local hospital to call her when there's a job opening. Which is retarded of her.

I did see you say you wanted to do it, but you didn’t like caring for people. I wouldn’t think you’d like it then either. Having said that, you can go into PACS, or Imaging informatics, research, industrial x-ray (usually need a BS or MS for that, you’re x-raying heavy equipment, buildings, pipelines, etc., etc), digital radiography is at the cutting edge of imaging, it’s very exciting right now.
Not sure where you live DP, but there are a shitload of jobs right now. I’ve never been contacted by so many contract agencies in my life. I get at least 10 email a day with job listings. Around here, there’s a shortage. So, if she doesn’t wanna move, it may take her some time. If she’s young, and has no ties, I’d recommend traveling. They pay for EVERYTHING, I wish I had done that when I was younger.

I’ve been a college instructor, clinical instructor (and still am). I’ve been the lead in a level one trauma center for 10 years, winning many awards for my work ethics and teaching abilities. I’ve bought my own home, paid off my cars, and raised my child in my own, don’t need more money than that. So tell me cupocrap, did you go to college? Did you work in any profession for 32 years? Did you buy your own home and vehicles on your own income?
