Have you tried vitamin D? Deficiency can fuck with your energy levels or so i hear.

Anyway, court cases are boring for the most part. I usually just watch the highlights on youtube. Victim impact statements are a good contrast to any sympathy you might feel towards the defendant. Depending on the case of course.
