i dont really understand how is it possible for some people to wear their going out clothes, pants especially to the point they are hole-y.

You can still find them with 30 Euros. I bought 2 pairs 30-35 euros each. -

I've never bought prestressed jeans but I've also never had a pair of jeans degrade in that way, getting threadbare around the knees or the middle of the cloth along the length of the legs. Usually they come apart at the seams or fray around the cuffs. -
