i just told you. this isnt a days or weeks or even months remedy. based on that pic youve spent your life sitting on your ass with zero athletic expression and your body is adapted to vegetative mode. youre going to need a full on lifestyle change...meaning effort and devotion. youll get back what you put in...no more, no less.
first you need to start working out with light-ish weights to teach your body how to be not-sedentary. dont worry about building muscle mass...you need to train your tendons and ligaments how not to rip off your bones after decades of unterutilization. work out for about two days a weeks...doing light stuff...for about four months.
then start working out three or four days a week for about six more months.
after that you can start working out like 'normal.'
