I don't think you can really beat a properly trained old fashioned Molotov thrower - that means throwing correctly (so you don't get petrol on yourself) and throwing hard enough that the bottle actually breaks (often they don't - a trick to make sure they do is to make a scratch with a knife around the bottle).

I would class stupid more narrowly, for instance the US Army considers anyone of IQ less than around 85 to be too stupid to be able to contribute positively at all in any capacity.
That is only 1 SD below the mean too, so about 14% of the population. -
