how much to tip pizza delivery guy?
-
2018-05-18 at 6:39 AM UTCi just give like 4 - 5 bucks but any pizza place i order from personally is like a couple blocks away. I worked at a pizza place downtown so I would get anywhere from 5-10 bucks on average, sometimes 15.
funny story tho a few weeks ago i met vaporwave when he came to austin and he was just like how I thought he would be a chill bro. Anyways we ent up going to a mexican place and when we were leaving i threw a few bucks for tip but he refused to tip and was cowering by the entrance waiting for me after i was coming out of the bathroom because he didn't want the waitress to look at him lol -
2018-05-18 at 6:44 AM UTCyeah but where im at i don't get tips because we don't have drivers. (at hoboken pie regardless of what your job was you all got tips) I get paid a higher dollar per hour for cooking while the waiters make like 3 dollars an hour and then their tips so i guess it evens out.
I'm actually thinking about cleaning up my act and becoming a bartender because its the easiest money you could make next to a girl like mal selling her shit pussy for a bed to sleep in -

If he is ringing my door bell in 30 mins or Less i will give him $5-10 depending on the bills i have on me but if the nigga takes 60 mins(when they say on the phone it'll be there in 45)or longer fuck that nigga he ain't getting shit for a tip. end of story.

I suppose it's main advantage is putting more incentive on the employee to do a better job or whatever but I still think the concept of expected tips is sort of absurd. Why should I have to feel guilty if I don't wanna give away free money that I don't have to, ya know?
not getting fired because your employer feels you're not up to the standard he is paying you is a good incentive to do a better job tho.

What's the american idea of a better job? I mean their job is done after delivering the food to the table and if they're not a retard or crippled that sounds pretty fucking easy, do y'all need them to suck you off under the table or something? -

I never really ordered pizza before because I usually just went to wherever I was eating to get the food. But recently I have been ordering food from a pizza place down the street, because they have free delivery if your order is over a certain amount, and pretty much every single time I order food I am in desperate need of calories so with the food I get it just barely meets the minimum for free delivery.
Anyways the place is like a 10 minute walk away. That's like a straight up 10 minutes too, not like a "15 minutes" masquerading as 10 minutes or anything like that. The only reason I don't walk there myself is because I usually look like a straight up weirdo at these times and also I'm not trying to talk to anyone that I don't absolutely need to. But basically the place is like right there.
So normally if I had to order a pizza I would probably just tip the driver like $3-5, like hopefully it would work out so the total was like $16.55 and so I can just hand them a 20 be done with it. That's what I've been doing recently, but I realized the total was a little more than I thought it was so I've been tipping them like $1. So what do you all think?
you suck their dick and if they did a really quick delivery job you swallow -

One that pays well seems the obvious answer.
