    those leg exercises you said not to do are some of the most effective for burning calories and ultimately fat. shes not taking anabolics…nor working out 3 times a day on professionally-trained and experienced muscles. shes not going to bulk up disproportionately to any fat lost. you already said its hard to lose weight in one body part…that is entirely dependent on genetics/hormones.

    Weight training makes muscle fibers larger. you can do these exercises once you stripped the fat from your thighs. She can do some weight training while she's doing cardio but it has to be low resistance .

    Yes leg curls leg extensions lunges with weights. There is a machine in the gym I don't know what it's called but you squeeze your legs together. There's two ways to use it you can set it for inner or outer thighs this will definitely tone your thighs

    Yes. There's another machine that works your glutes and your thighs it's a type of leg extension. You are lifting your leg behind you upward. Also if you're using any type of leg machine if you place your feet higher up on the pad instead of in the middle it'll work your thighs

    before you go off on a miss universe competition workout plan and wind up in traction or as a paraplegic you need to figure out what your current physical fitness level is. you wont post a pic...and no, i havent seen you facebook, but if youre an untrained fatass you need to start out with light or no weight on the machines. DO NOT do lunges until your legs are trained. or do...and rip out some ligaments and tendons.

    are you two talking about that machine that women (men dont use it) sit in and do an exercise that resembles a prostitute opening up for business? if so...dont be ridiculous. thats not a real exercise. that machine is exclusively for the benefit of male gym-goers for free eye candy. in all seriousness...what do you think that movement is acutally going to do to that particular muscle group. ffs.

    you want tone and to lose weight, do frequent exercises (as in more than once a week) with high repetitions with low-ish weights. if you dont want to 'in large' the booty dont squat/lunge down past 90-degrees or so. (the angle of your lower leg to your thigh.) after 90-ish degrees, depending on your own personal kinesiology, the ass muscles start getting into the movement

    i have a pole in my front pocket for you to play with. its meat flavored if you want to taste it.

    Size down first.. do cardio

    then come back and build muscle later on. otherwise you'll just be a massive muscular person. as you get older, it's harder to maintain.

    youre explanations and massacring of the terminology is causing me distress.

    what you described...'lifting your leg behind you upward' is a hyperextension movement and works (basically) the back muscles.

    no leg extension works the glutes unless youre a reversed-kneecap bird. youre thinking of 'leg curl.'

    go google this shit before you try to give out advice. theres videos and animations for all this shit with step by step instructions that are clearly laid out

    you can do these exercises regardless of the fat on the thighs...as a matter of fact these exercises will help remove fat from the thighs.

    none of the exercise is going to help if she has a shit diet.

Why you coming at me sideways anyway you chimed in because you think I don't know what I'm talking about and that's fine .
