The best thing to eat is lean protein if if you get it in large quantities it's pretty cheap. I've seen chicken breast for a dollar 99 a pound. Also you should get brown rice to have with it that's also pretty inexpensive. good luck -

Hey kitty. I know you got a lot of knowledge of work out techniques and such. You got any tips for the thigh region? -
2018-05-17 at 12:29 AM UTCI Do

2018-05-17 at 12:39 AM UTCI went to gym yesterday but didn't take pics because I don't have a decent camera. I will take before and after pics one day in my 5xl shirt.
Good chicken cost more than 99 cent, and soy protein makes me feel bloated and like a bitch after if I don't have some momentum in my life. Like, I will be going to the gym, but I'll just be getting bigger for no reason. I don't need to be too strong. I witnessed the downside in highschool that I would always break pencil lead, or would tear the sheet out of notebooks too hard, etc. The body needs finesse. There's a time to be strong, there's a time to be steady -

It's very hard to lose weight in one part of your body unfortunately. Cardio is your best bet. Stationary bike on a very low resistance. Avoid squats lunges leg curls deadlift these exercises will bulk up your thighs. You can also use a treadmill or an elliptical also on a low-resistance for long periods of time. Once your thighs get leaner the exercises I said to avoid you can do. They will give you a lean muscle and tone your body. -

No I said a 1.99 a pound for chicken breast if you buy it in a large quantity I think it's about 5 lb -

where the fuck do these people come from...
good thing youre not a personal trainer.
those leg exercises you said not to do are some of the most effective for burning calories and ultimately fat. shes not taking anabolics...nor working out 3 times a day on professionally-trained and experienced muscles. shes not going to bulk up disproportionately to any fat lost. you already said its hard to lose weight in one body part...that is entirely dependent on genetics/hormones.
