2018-05-16 at 4:49 PM UTCI was down to 228 heading back to 200 when suddenly I shot up to 245 in literally 4-5 weeks
Something is seriously wrong with my metabalism. It's the medication most likely. I even take thyroid meds now
I don't look 245 though. The doctor says I looked about 225.. overweight but he was shocked when it showed that much and very concerned. -

2018-05-16 at 4:56 PM UTCDieting is just basically not eating so much. Which is all about lifestyle. Once you get your lifestyle sorted it's easy.
But a lot of money is spent trying to fuck up your lifestyle. -

Not true.. you eat less, more often. This causes your metabolite to work harder. eat 5 small meals a day instead of the usual 3
I love sweets. and I havn't been working out. (probably a sudden craving from meds because I didn't care for sweets at all when I was younger)
so it's even worst for me.. now that i'v hit the age my father was when He died of diabetes. I'm two years older than he was when he died.

thats a good idea. consume only the macronutrient that entails exponential more stress on your alimentary canal to process AND to re-process from a protein into a carbohydrate/fat that your body requires...which youre not consuming.
you should start your own diet program. youll be famous. -
